These Terms of Service govern your use of AshoudQA's website and services. By submitting a game or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AshoudQA provides game playtesting and quality assurance services for independent game developers. Our services include bug identification, gameplay feedback, performance testing, and written reports as described on our pricing page.

The free plan includes one playtest session per developer. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are charged per session as listed on our website.

2. Submissions

By submitting your game to AshoudQA, you confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to the game and its content
• The game does not contain illegal content, malware, or anything designed to harm our testers' devices
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to play and evaluate the game solely for the purpose of providing QA services

We will not distribute, reproduce, or share your game with any third party outside of our testing team.

3. Deliverables & Turnaround

We aim to deliver bug reports within the timeframes listed on our pricing page (48h for Starter, 24h for Pro, same-day for Studio). These are target timeframes, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to technical issues or high demand. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

Reports are delivered as written documents. Video recordings are included in Pro and Studio plans. We make reasonable efforts to identify bugs but cannot guarantee discovery of all issues in a game build.

4. Payments & Refunds

All paid plan purchases are processed via Dodo Payments. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Refund policy: If we are unable to complete your playtest session (e.g., due to a broken build we cannot run), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge. Once a session has been completed and a report delivered, refunds are not available. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a report, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all submitted game builds and related materials as confidential. Our testers operate under non-disclosure agreements. We will not publicly discuss, stream, or share any details about your unreleased game without your explicit written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

• Submit games containing illegal content (hate speech, CSAM, etc.)
• Submit builds containing malware or code designed to damage systems
• Use the platform in bad faith or attempt to abuse services
• Resell or redistribute our QA reports without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to any submission that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Bug reports and feedback documents produced by AshoudQA are delivered to you for your use. You own the reports we produce for your game. AshoudQA retains no rights to your game or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

AshoudQA is not liable for any damages arising from bugs or issues in your game that we did not identify. Our services are advisory in nature. We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, reputation, or data related to issues found or not found during testing.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
